Pint Shipping Details

Pints are shipped on a calendar of selected Tuesdays. This means that they leave our facility on Tuesday and arrive to you on Wednesday or Thursday. You will schedule a specific Tuesday on the drop-down menu when ordering.

Shipping prices and speeds depend on destination state:

• $15-20 shipping to Close to Maine states. Typically arrives 1 or 2 days after ship date using UPS Ground.
• $75-$85 shipping for other U.S. states, depending on distance. Typically arrives 1 day after ship date with UPS Next Day Air Saver or faster.

The UPS driver will typically leave the package at your door without a signature. Packages are insured, but must be opened and pints put in the freezer (or enjoyed) by nighttime on the day they arrive. Gelato Fiasco cannot be responsible for melted pints that are put into a freezer after their arrival date.

States eligible for Close to Maine shipping rates are: $15 Ground (typically 1 day): Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, $20 Ground (typically 2 days): New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio.

Please note that, UPS sometimes experiences delays at their facilities. Your package may be delayed beyond the estimates listed here.
