FAQ's:
When will I receive my gelato shipping notification on Tuesday?
If you ordered gelato, you will receive your shipping notification by 9 p.m. on the scheduled ship date. There is no need to contact us during the day to ask if your package has shipped -- we will not have an answer for you, since typically, UPS's transit does not start until dinnertime. If you do not receive a tracking number by Wednesday morning, please email us and we can confirm for you.
What if my order arrives a day or two late?
Delays in UPS's warehouses are rare but can happen, especially during the COVID-19 crisis. We have found that the dry ice often lasts one additional day beyond the promised arrival date. However, this can vary based on local temperature conditions and the specific number of hours the ice has been evaporating.
When you receive the package, squeeze the pints. If they are still frozen solid, you're all set. If they are squishy (or totally melted), quality will be degraded and you should e-mail us to request a replacement.
Can you clarify how to order certain flavors?
We offer three types of gelato packages:
- Pint 6-Pack, limited flavors of our grocery store pints ($65)
- Hand-Packed 6-Pack, classic and seasonal flavors we hand-make daily at our Brunswick store, hand-packed just for your order ($89)
- Flavor Vault 6-Pack, where we can make a special batch of any historical flavor just for you ($149)
