In this premium package, all pints are made in small batches and packed by hand at our Flagship Store in Brunswick. The flavor list includes classic and featured flavor recipes.
The price per pint aligns with the price of a hand-packed pint in our shops, after accounting for the cost of dry ice and the foam cooler. If you are interested in our grocery store pints, you can check our our Grocery Pint 6-Pack option instead.
Since flavors are packed out of the case, they are not marked with allergens, ingredients, or nutrition panels. We cannot send on dates not listed. You cannot combine hand-packed and freezer pint packages in the same order. If we do not have a flavor you are seeking, we now offer the Flavor Vault 6-Pack, where we will custom-run a batch of any historical flavor of your choice.
Pint Shipping Details
Pints are shipped on a calendar of selected Mondays. This means that they leave our facility on Mondays and arrive to you on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will schedule a specific Monday on the drop-down menu when ordering.
Shipping prices and speeds depend on destination state:
- $15-$25 shipping to Close to Maine states. Typically arrives 1 or 2 days after ship date using UPS Ground or faster.
- $75-$85 shipping for other U.S. states, depending on distance. Typically arrives 1 day after ship date with UPS Next Day Air Saver or faster.
The UPS driver will typically leave the package at your door without a signature. Packages must be opened and pints put in the freezer (or enjoyed) by dinnertime on the day they arrive. Gelato Fiasco cannot be responsible for melted pints that are put into a freezer after their arrival date.
States eligible for Close to Maine shipping rates are: $15 Ground: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, $20 Ground: New York, New Jersey, $25 Ground: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio.
(Note: The fee has been temporarily raised to $25 for mid-Atlantic states due to concerns about delays at UPS facilities due to COVID-19 and the holiday 2020 season combining for huge e-commerce shipping volume. The small increase will allow us to better serve customers in those states by upgrading shipping services or replacing boxes if the are delayed and melted. The will be in place from Thanksgiving week through at least January.)
Please note that due to COVID-19 and the high volume of global ecommerce packages, UPS sometimes is experiencing delays at their facilities. You should assume that your Ground package could be delayed by one day beyond what is estimated above.
