What's the membership package?
We'll send a hand-carved, engraved wooden gelato spoon and a special membership card. If you're purchasing the membership as a gift, this package can be sent to you to put under the tree, or directly to the recipient.

I am going to be on vacation for one of the deliveries. Can I switch the shipping date?
Unfortunately we are unable to shift around ship dates. This would be a great time to call in a favor to your neighbors. Perhaps in exchange for storing your pints in their freezer you could offer them a taste. If you can bear to share, that is.

I am moving next month. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Please send an email to shop@gelatofiasco with your new address and the date that you will be moving. Nothing makes a housewarming party like a few pints of gelato.

I have a few dietary restrictions. Can I customize my box?
We have a glass-half-full answer for you here. We are putting our tastebuds to work to design flavor lineups that complement each other excellently, so we are unable to customize orders right now. However, if a pint shows up that contains something you can’t eat, it is a great excuse to share a pint with your pals.

Where can I find the ingredient lists for the Private Stock and Test Batch flavors?
Good question. As these flavors are not packaged for grocery store sales, they will not have ingredients printed on the pint container. Ingredient lists will be available upon request.

What are Private Stock and Test Batch flavors?
Private Stock flavors come from the depths of our recipe vault and are created specially for our C(t)SA subscribers. These are often designed around a particular ingredient that we have found and fallen in love with. Test Batch flavors are typically ones that have spent a little time in our two stores and evolved towards perfection thanks to customer feedback. Both of these labels indicate our staff favorites and the ones that we are especially proud to share with you. Bruno may or may not sleep with these recipe cards under his pillow.

Where can I give feedback?
After each shipment, we will send a follow up email so that you can let us know what you think of each pint.

How do I care for my handcarved spoon?
The woodworker recommends hand-washing with warm, soapy water and perhaps rubbing it with foodsafe oil and/or wax every few months. Don't use a dishwasher! You can read more on Jason Weymouth's blog.

How do I order C(t)SA membership for multiple people?
